how can i tell if my white 7-8 week old is male of female?

Some times the snood is bigger in a male than a female how many do you have and can you compare snoods there are other ways but none are for sure unless you do DNA testing LOL.
Age will tell.

Well if its a hen then there should not be any problems when it grows up but if its a TOM then it may try to mate with your chickens and possibly kill one.
If its a he you may need to get him a girl friend of his own.
What breed of turkey is it post a picture if you can.
