Male or females by their call?

I am new to guinea fowl. I have 9 about 3 months old. There is one calling "stand back" stand back" but the others just "cackle" Wonder what I've got??

If you search on youtube you can find really good examples of both male and female Guinea calls. I've found a few on there that I'll play really loud with my laptop hooked up to my surround sound in the living room and the front door open and my birds outside in the yard go nuts, lololol

The two note call is from a female guinea. Both male and female make the one note call. So the one calling "stand back" is female.
