Hello everyone! I’ve got 4 wonderful ducks that are all around 7-8 weeks old (according to the breeder I got them from). Now that they have almost all of their adult feathers, I just wanted some help seeing if they were male or female. They were sold to me under the pretense that they should all be female. I can get some closer, more detailed photos if needed! Thank you all :)
By the way, breed wise they are a Pekin, Cayuga, Rouen, and Swedish Blue.

At this age they will all have juvenile plumage which won’t help you to sex them. You should be able to start to voice sex them though. The girls make the “quack!” sound that we all associate with ducks, and the boys sound raspy, some almost like a whisper, and will peep Their baby peeps for longer than their female counterparts. I call my boys my chain smokers. xD

Thank you for both of your inputs! I’ll definitely need to check their sounds a bit more but I really only hear quacking type sounds. No “Chainsmokers” hahaha
