MALLARD THREAD...not rouens, Mallards!

Did they fly out the top of the pen or escape through the door then fly? Are you wondering how to get them back in, or keep them in in the future? If you need to keep them in for the future, netting the top of the pen if you haven't already would be relatively easy and cheap, plus it would add protection against hawks, eagles, etc. If they escaped through the door though, and you just need to get them in try setting out their favorite food, and slowly herd them back towards it.

They flew out the top. Yeah I will probably have to buy netting a lot of it! Their pen is 8 ft wide and 32 ft long. What kind of food do your mallards like? I am feeding mine Dumor chick/starter at the moment.

Ok then, netting is probably your best option then. Hopefully you can find some cheap! They eat Purina All flock, it seems to be really good.

I have no idea what kind of ducks I have. I thought they were blue swedish then I thought female mallards then some stated getting green heads and tails so I thought cayuga now I think I have 6 MALE MALLARDS pleas help

Except the smaller one, they look like Rouen mixes... those have big, blocky bodies...

Kinda looks like boys... what do they sound like?

Is it possible that any of these ducks are female!? One is definitely half cayuga do make mallards have green tails FIRST TIME BIRD OWNER I raised them from one day old thinking they were female so heart broken that I have no eggs coming what to do!!!
