Malpositioned chicks! What do I do?

So it looks like I was wrong about the positioning. I opened the air cell area up and the little guy is still alive.
This was before I lubricated the membrane:

And after I lubricated it with coconut oil:

So now it’s in a cup in my incubator until the veins are fully absorbed and I assist with the hatch if needed.

Not gonna mess with the other egg when the time comes.

Baby looks good
Still a little bit of veins to absorb
I use Vaseline to keep it moist longer then the oil just need to be careful around the beak area
You could also put a little plastic kitchen wrap around 3/4 of it to help it keep moist till baby is done absorbing

Hatched this morning! Sleeping in the brooder, all is well.
