I got 3 Welsh Harlequin Ducklings at the Saugeen (sp?) Fur and Feather Show, turns out 1 is a girl and the other two are boys! Does the breed have a good reputation?

They have an excellent reputation! If you do a search on this forum for Welsh Harlequin, you will find a couple of threads devoted solely to them.

I note from your signature that you do not have ducks? If this is you first go-round with them, you might want to invest in Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks, which is an excellent reference guide.

Also, if you are positive on the sexes, you are going to want to change your male to female ratio before the ducks are old enough for mating behavior.
