would MHP work well for geese? i am going to be having some geese shipped to me soon and would love to MHP cause then i could brood them in the coop where they'd make less mess since they like to play with their water like ducks do

I don't see why not, goslings hang out under the goose just as chicks do under a hen, no? Just adjust the initial height for the taller birds.

Hope it works well for your geese. It gives me such peace of mind knowing I don't have a heat lamp on during the night or when I'm not home.

We were just discussing this last week. I have goslings and ducklings arriving next week and will be using the MHP. It'll have to be higher than for chickens or just ducklings, but it should work. I'll let you know as I plan on setting and testing it this weekend.
