The biggest Sweeter Heater I see is only 11"x40", not even as big as 2 large heating pads. As @aart mentioned, expensive at $136. You can get 2 large pads NOT on sale for half that price.

This is a wonderful idea.
We have a completely unfinished master bathroom that we used for our first and only batch of 20 chicks. Eventually they got old enough that indoor temperature was sufficient for them and I did not turn on the heat lamp when I brought them in for the night. Before that, they had cheeped all night long. They were totally silent at night from then on. I hadn't mind the cheeping, it was pleasant. But, I felt so bad that I had been torturing them by having a light on all night.

Just dealing with a little down time after losing my beloved sister, @aart but getting better a little at a time. Took the grands on a cruise from the 8th to the 15, and that helped a little bit, as are the Happy Cappy's the doc gave me. Didn't mean to worry anyone - and we all have our trials and tribulations from time to time. It was just my time! Then I was off so long I wasn't sure how to jump back in! Glad to be back, though.

So sorry for your loss...grief has no boundries, you just do what you need to one day at a time. Starting with chickens brought me thru the first year after my sons death, kinda. (((hang in there)))
