Yes, and I really would like some silkies.
As much as i hate FB, it is useful for the chick business. Maybe check local poultry groups. And Craigslist. And the Swap/sell/rehoming threads here on BYC too

Yes, I got chicks from this lady earlier this year off of Craigslist. Chicks were very sweet and I got to see the parents of them and they were very nice looking birds. This is her last hatch of the year, so perfect timing! As much as i hate FB, it is useful for the chick business. Maybe check local poultry groups. And Craigslist. I do have a little bit of water in there because I want to be sure the air cell doesn’t get too big. It usually isn’t very humid here this time of year, but with the rain, the humidity spiked. Right after I posted, the humidity went back down to about 45%.Did you get the humidity to come down? I assume you already don't have any water in there? And is your hygrometer correct? I can't imagine 76% inside with no water and still that humid. I live in a very humid area and still only gets to 35-40% with no water. keep all the vents open too!
How cool would that be to have a Halloween baby!![]()
Lol! Ya I posted on that when the thread just started, but I didn’t think I would actually be hatching along! You could join the Halloween HAL!![]()
