Manual or self?

Hello. I'm looking for advice on quail eggs. I got a new female quail today (Cheese) and my male (Quincy) has already mounted her a few times. If she lays eggs, should I allow her to self-incubate, or is it better to get an incubater?

Additional info: She is a button quail, lives outside with 2 budgies, another female and male quail, and 2 cockatiels, and we are located in Ireland.

However, my dad has a shed for reptiles, which is usually extremely hot.

self incubating is better cause there's less birth defects
