Maran Mating

I have a blue cuckoo marans rooster and several different hens. My sister is a special Ed middle school teacher and stopped by to pick up eggs yesterday to put in the incubator as a learning lesson. Last year she did ducks and the students and ducks walked through the halls.

Trying to help her out on what possible mixes could be produced or any other interesting facts these students could learn like if will create sex links by color. Educational only no plans to sell or become geneticist.

Blue laced Gold Wyandotte

None of the listed birds would produce visible/discernible sex link cross chicks

Eggs starting to hatch on a tan so either a buff Orpington or silver laced Wyandotte with the blue cuckoo marans, any idea what mix will look like?
