Yeah you have to quarantine.

No matter the conditions the chicken lived or if he looks fine, you still have to quarantine. The rooster might have been a carrier of some disease and now spread it to your flock.

I really think its Coccidiosis.

For sure a new bird coming in can bring in a new strain of Coccidiosis that your birds aren't use too.
That is the easiest thing a new bird can bring in.

He could have also brought in God knows what other disease....even if he "looks" healthy, he may just be a carrier.
