What if the black copper maran is the rooster and the hen is the golden cuckoo.

That cross will produce sex links.
Cockerels will be barred and hatch with headspots. Pullets will be non barred and hatch without headspots.

I just spoke to a lady on a chicken site that stated that she has bred this cimbination. She saids all of her chicks always have spots on their heads. Does not make sense to me.

Was she clear that it was a BCM rooster over a GC hen?
The other way around would produce headspots on all chicks.
