I thought about it when I first got into selling eggs, but at $.79 a carton, I can't justify it.

We don't have a TSC here, and I've tried 2 feed stores near me and neither carry it. I asked the one if he could get it in, but when I went up there the other day, either he forgot to order it, or he couldn't get it. Guess I'll have to order it online!

It's been about 7 hours now, and none of the eggs are doing anything. I am getting REALLY frustrated with my bad luck at hatching.

Hi Karen:frow

I posted how I use it back on pg 1274. I think I had a pretty bad case of mites or something that came in on some RIR hens I got. I treated all my chickens with it. Anyway, they all look better now.... except one of my BCM roos that still looks like a frizzle. I think my sister diagnosed him right, though. The hens are pecking on his feathers. Silly girls. What's wrong with these teenage girls anyway? They just can't seem to leave the boys alone!

I'm still trying to decide what to name this rooster. He HAD too much copper, his feathers look like crap. He is henpecked. I just don't know.

I named my other roo Goliath. He is HUGE! I wish I had a vegetable scale or something I could weigh him on.

Do not give up yet Debbi! I tell you my eggs from Pink took forever to hatch. I think it was 12 hours after first pip before they started zipping. Only one hatched and the others took another 7 hours to hatch. I did help 4 out 48 hours after the first one hatched. I hope those babies start hatching!

FINALLY!!!! One egg has an honest to goodness, good sized pip, and in an excellent viewing area! Just happened in the last 15 minutes, and it's not the one that's been peeping and rocking! A stealth-pipper!

Now, let's hope some more join in!
