They're pretty rare. Honestly I think that's a Barnevelder.

I've not seen one like that it could be a golden salmon marans I've only seen them in pictures grown up...I think it's cool looking not saying it isn't pure marans

Does the person carry Barnevelder... if so... that would be a good guess.... Thanks Illia... I have very little experience with that breed.

Lets see another picture of it dried off... GC has that color to it.. just not the pattern.

The Golden Salmon Maran are rare however they are breeding them in France. A friend of mine over there has some. He wants to work with me to import them but personally I think they are fairly unremarkale looking and I much prefer the Black Coppers in looks but that's me.
