Sorry but I removed them, just look back to the original post.

Aria first you need to upload photos on the link at the top of your page after you sign in called uploads. Then once they are uploaded it should say either thumb or image under it with codes after it. Click on the code after Image and it should turn blue. Then right click with your mouse and select Copy. Then come to the thread where you are replying and right click and select paste where you want to put it on your message. There is another way to do it from Photobucket but I haven't tried that way yet lol.

Thanks the paint color is called something like Periwinkle Blue, I got it at walmart but had them mix it into Kilz exterior paint that was on sale for 12 dollars lol. It gets so moldy here usually.

Margaritas are my drink of choice instead of wine lol. Drinking with your chickens give a whole new dimension to Margarita Chicken

How sweet..................!!!!!!!!!! I am ging to have to start cultivating a personal relationship with my flock instead of just trying to make sure they have everything they need.

sewandgrow, you should take a little fold up chair and sit in it inside your run. Bring some treats and just sit out there with them. You will be suprised which ones come up to you and some might even fly up on your lap. I had dh haul some old tree stumps into several of our pens so I can sit out there with them sometimes. Most of my chickens think they are lap chickens now lol. I go out there and say, "Comerrrre little Fweeeeties" and all these big evil looking roosters come running up to get petted. It sorta shocks some of our visitors sometimes lol.

I do have a chair out there that I sit & rest in when I am out there building new pens or working in the birds. I enjoy watching them eat, drink, scratch & the way they interact with each other. My chair is outside their pens though so they can't reach me when I sit. The only one that is really friendly is the big Bronze Turkey hen. She follows me around & squats to be petted. I think she only does that because she is such a "chow hound" & she knows I am what brings her food...........LOL

I hatched just 2 chicks from shipped eggs. I thought I had a pair, but now I'm not so sure. They are 10 weeks old. Here is the one in question:

racuda ~ Hard to say on the first one. I had a pullet hatch in my first clutch that was born with a big comb and thick legs. The other I would say is defineatly a roo. Way too much red on the second one, but he may molt it out?? I've not had that problem yet, someone else will chime in.

My first instinct said roo but then I looked at the legs and feet...solid black all the way down the toes. I've had a lot of bcms with black legs, feet, and toes that turned out to be girls. So I will say girl!
