That batch of Wellies had a few more chicks so not sure of those, but I did end up with 3 roos, and 3 hens to keep, plus that little black booger... hehe...
good thing she was a hen! hehe... and now I have her a hubby...
I'll post the pics of his front when I get home tonight, they are on the phone still... but I have a couple...
he is a sweetie, raised in my bathroom, so he got very friendly... but didn't like the added pullets last summer... ugh... so he only got the one hen...
my Cuckoos on the other hand, Freckles is so sweet, he allows the other roo in there, and accepts any pullets I need to incorporate outside...
I'd love to separate them this year and try to hatch some of their eggs, but wonder about the fertility at thier age... what do you think?
