Oh, I meant to ask, where is it bad to have alot of red? The chest? When I was photographing him today I was noticing just how colorful he is. So many shades from gold to cinnamon, red, the green and purple sheen to the black feathers. Is there anything prettier than a Wheaten Marans Roo?

The chest, the tail, - Places where it should be black.

Mine here has some red around the chest, down to the shanks.

Here's my Wheaten cockerel in an odd pose - But look to the base of his leg and up his chest - See the slight red tipping?

My Blue Wheaten cockerel also has some red feather shafting and blotting on his chest here and there.

I should get more photos of him, because honestly I've been flaunting the same ooh 3 photos total. Same with my Blue wheaten.
