Number one I would go out and remove the zip tie from your roosters leg... it looks tight...
But that being said... He is a good looking fellow... for the hen I would use with him... they would need to not have much copper at all as he seems to have a bit much in the chest... His eye color and comb and leg feathering is good. Length of back and angles seem okay.. hard to tell from just this picture but the tail is set slightly above the desired 45 degrees.. if this is what you have to work with he is mostly good... I would choose a overmelanised hen.. nearly black with a under desired tail angle to make an improvement on the offspring.
The hens look fine for color..one is quite young...Likely to have over colored offspring in the cross... This is only my opinion nothing else.. This only factors in for standard not pet qualities and emotional value.
