Awwww....Jan you are too kind, but if it is okay with you, I would like to make the trip happen by the sale of my birds and eggs and some extra $$ I put in. Those birds need to start pulling their weight around here, don'tcha think? Even if it takes me this whole next year to make it happen, that is my goal. DH and I discussed it and with the way things are right now and have been for the last 3 weeks and the conveyer belt stopping, it will take everything we have now to keep us going through the winter until something gives. Besides, that gives us a whole nuther year to make more birds that we can take. So let's get crackin'!!!! Oh...my bad we already are.....'bators are full.

Wow, that was an awesome gesture geebs! Wish they would hold some shows in MO. Think I've seen one in Sedalia at the state fair, but don't remember if it was APA or not? Hard for folks in the cold areas to get away in the winter, especially this year..

I am sure......but I do appreciate your kindness. DH only agrees to drive the entire trip, if I can make it happen with the freeloaders as he calls them. Ohhh.....you know what.....I believe that it is against the law to transport birds from state to state. Don't gasp, but that is what I was told by Oregon and Washington Dept. of Agriculture. So, it looks like I will be just attending and not taking a bird if we make it there next Feb., but we can always show our birds here in the PNW.
