someone said on another forum that Roosters are like zuccinis.... It is easy to have too many very quickly

What's your solution to all of your roos? Do you find there is a need for them if posted free on Craigslist or the like to re-home?
Or do you process? USe for breeding?

Food.

let me elaborate... I will sell a decent pair of hens with an exceptional rooster...only if I have too many.. .Good roos are hard to find... Most of the time I hatch only hens...LOL (just kidding) I will sell them as food without disclosing breed....that way I do not mess up the genetic pool... I try for good stewardship in my handling of the breed wherever possible.

They are dual purpose and if you are breeding correctly for substance that will leave some nice meaty males... Well worth it.. I get top dollar for the mature ones.

i always ge around 70 percent roos in hatches

My new years resolution was only one rooster per hatch....

So far I am getting it...(isnt' that great??)
