What's wrong with putting eggs in there with out turning the heat on?
Just to see if the turner works?
Can you do that with a sportsman??

Marcy ~ I don't have a Sportsman yet, so I can't say for sure, but I would think the parts that would be good to have on hand ( at least), would be the wafer thermostats, and maybe a fan or two. Turner motor wouldn't hurt either, as it seems that may be Vicki's problem?

yarg! Why is it everytime I go to work on birds lately that nothing goes smoothly? today I needed to take pics, and yup...you guessed it, my battery died, so I am charging it now. Sigh....
I did find something awesome tho when I was down in the barn. A girl left me an egg that's hovering between a 6 and 7!
