Marans Thread for Posting Pics of Your Eggs, Chicks and Chickens

Here's some of my Wheatens. They haven't started laying yet, but I don't think some of them are too far from it. My roo has no tail feathers because one of my buff orpingtons insists on plucking his and one of my BLRW roo's out. The BLRW is seperated now and so hopefully his tail will start growing in!! Until I get these guys seperated the roo may have to live without his tail feathers!!

I wanted the Wheatons more then the Coppers I think they are so pretty. I spent way too much money for Wheaton eggs last year, and orded again from same breeder and got one deformed chickout of 2 doz. eggs Im a glutton for punishment!
But ended up with Coppers and they are so neat and friendly.,guess i would not trade them,yours are beautiful.

Not me. I have Copper Blacks which I think are beautiful but I am anxiously awaiting my wheatens that are in my hatcher. I think wheaten Marans are gorgeous.
