He's about a year and a half old. I never had problems with him before and I think the problem may be solved. I despired him yesterday, but him and the other roo have been sparring a lot lately so he might have just been blowing off some steam. Im usually pretty good at breaking them of it but some just cant be fixed.
A started roo, somebody ready to take over. But I am going to give this guy another chance because he is my Bev Davis roo and I really like him. My other roo is Grisham and I really like him too but they are good together for the most part. So we shall see.
Lolita:.... First of all wow... thanks for sharing.. thos are great photographs.... I just love to pop on here and see all the great pictures!!!
You have two very good examples of the breed... Are you sure you don't need both???? The thing is... if they get along that is great!!! If for some reason (preditor, freak accident, illness) you lose one... that is a real tragedy....I believe in traveling with a spare... (I think they are soo good looking I am not sure I would part with either)

IMHO that looks exactly like the 10% "parsimonious" spotting that is referred to in the French standard. Whether or not a person prefers that on their birds is entirely up the individual, but that looks like the 10% to me.
