Crowing
Fun! I can't believe people think they can sell those on Etsy. It's TOTALLY against the rules.A seller on etsy. The indicated source flock has a mix of colors, so hopefully I'll be able to tell apart whatever chicks hatch.![]()

Thank you they definitely are! I especially love call ducklings! They are so tiny and fluffy!Welcome! Ducklings are awesome!![]()
I actually found a keet running across the road once. Totally random. Our neighbor has a flock of guineas they free-range. Must have come from those. I returned it to her. She verified it was a keet and kept it to raise. There was absolutely no other birds, mother or keets, around when we found it. The neighbor said hers are not that great of mothers and will occasionally leave a keet or two behind if they don't keep up.I’ve never had guineas and I’ve never seen any Keets! Can’t help you with the wandering off thing but I guess if they were raised with chickens it makes sense. Can’t wait to see the little Keets when they hatch!![]()

AMENWell, I'm back. I needed a break from work and hadn't realized it
but two months off has been a blessing. Starting my test hatches: 7 CL and 5 Isbar/Silverudd's Blue but those are February hatches for another thread. My Welsummers and Araucanas have started to lay also and I will be testing them soon as well for a March hatch.
Good luck everyone! May you all have a healthy, kind, and prosperous chicken 2021.
