March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

Got about a dozen peeps in the geese eggs. My first time hatching geese,so I think it's going pretty good....

Soo... this is my 2nd hatch and it is 2 days late, almost to the hour as the last hatch in Feb. does anyone know what this means. I must be doing something wrong here. Temp was dead on for this hatch were as last time I had major temp losses whole time. Any advice would be appreciated

I just candled my second set that is on day 15. In one of the eggs I can't see an air cell at all! The whole egg is dark except for the pointy end but nothing in the big end. What's going on? Help!

I have to share my fully fluffed out first baby ever.

I have a total of 4 out and 3 eggs being lazy with no pips yet. Its only day 21 so I'm on a roll. YAY for getting more than I expected

ok just started lockdown on the second wave of my staggard hatch. have 9 EE eggs that made it 1 i'm not too sure on so

and now the waiting begins

waiting is hard!! I'm trying to hatch in cartons for my first wave of the staggered hatch but the bottom plastic mesh thingy on my incubator was making some of my silkie eggs sit kinda tilted. I took out the window and did a quick readjust trying to straighten them up. The humidity didn't seem to dip much both hygrometers didn't register below 50% and my target is 50-60% for lockdown well at the beginning I guess. Now I really really need to sit on my hands!

I was just worried that them being tilted against the carton would effect them if they pipped on that side. I've got the cartons cut way way down but still worried me. Too much worrying over here, I've got one pip I need to go find some nyquil or something to knock me out so I can go to sleep and quit starting at the bator!!

So far I have the following:

43 due on the 6th got 35 hatched...81%
45 due on the 13th got 36 hatched...80%
63 due onthe 16th got 43 hatched...68%
70 due on the 20th got 58 hatched...83%
25 due on the 24th got 21 hatched...84%
49 due on the 30th

This gives me at total so far of 295 for March...
So far we are at a hatch rate of 197 of 246 so 80%...we must do better than that...

I think with the 49 on the 30th we will break 200 babies for March...but our percentage will not reach even 84% if all of those hatch...but I will take it and love all of them at least I am getting to keep some of these...Yeah


UPDATE:

DAY 22 ... 21 hatched of mine and none of the 4 that made it to lockdown from shipped...they were all non-fertile or damaged in shipping...just hopeful I guess.
