The 11th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16, 18, 22, as well as the 30th so far!!! Larger groups on the 11th, 13th, & 30th the others are a couple each, some even 1 egg
Consisting of Coturnix quail, Japanese Bantams, Easter Eggers, EE crosses, & Cayugas(for the Easter hatch)

I caught hatching fever for sure!

Never can be too friendly.....well I guess if they hop into your oven and lay down- then that could be too friendly

One of my Jan EE hatches is the sweetest little thing, already comes up to me & squats!!! Only 5wks old!!! So can I assume any of the ones that do thise early squating are ladies? Those dang pea combs make it so hard to tell!

I am so excited. I set 21 eggs from my home hatched Brahmas this past weekend. Can I join the March hatch a long? Sounds like a really fun group an lots of hatching goin on. So I will be candling this Sat and hatching the 14th. Do we need to post pictures of our eggs?

You sure can!!!!! YES pictures are a must!! Not really, but we sure do love photos! Can't wait to see those little fluff balls when they pop out

A better light offered more detail. I recandled last night and shot this quick video of movement (for my son who is out of town and wanted to see). But I still can't see into the BCM eggs and the final tally is 7 unknown, 7 fertile, 7 alive and kicking, and 1 dud.

still just the little pip, but it is all the way through the shell so I know it's getting air. nothing from the others but I have some hope now. I honestly didn't think they would hatch at all because it was so hard to tell anything other than darkness with the shells being so dense. The easy shells to see through were the ones that didn't develop.

I have 15 silkie eggs going on lockdown on Monday. 11 look good but 4 are looking a bit different. Might be late quitters .

Last year when I participated in the NYD hatch along I contacted a few people on here for eggs. They all said they were booked but there was a slim chance. I ended up contacting a local lady and got a dozen RIR eggs, so at least I knew I could participate. Well as luck would have it, I get PM's from all the people I contacted that my eggs were ready to be sent out. I ended up setting 80 eggs for the hatch along.
