Okay. Fair warning. I totally geeked out with my weight statistics.
I calculated that the eggs should be losing 17.88 grams a day, which works out to .76%. Today is Day Sixteen and they should be at 2061 grams, but are actually at 2094. That means they are only 1.61% above what they should be. This is with the incubator at around 45% for the first fourteen days, and running completely dry for the past two. The humidity has been bouncing around from 9-22% in the incubator without water added. Indoor humidity is around 35%. Will continue to run it dry for two more days and then lockdown!
I am happy with this and can live with it. Hopefully the chickies agree.
