When they have perosis it starts with them limping, then the hock swells and the leg starts to rotates. I have seen some where the leg rotates almost 180 degrees.

It sure could be a nutrional problem, but I am almost 100% sure it's not perosis.Anyways......I am thinking it could be as simple as the wrong nutrients provided......Chicks at 3 weeks should be fed a Chick starter till 8 weeks old....Granite grit in a separate bowl and very few treats.......
I always look for simple fixes and not Doom and Gloom....Chickens are tough and usually very healthy.....

Yeah, something is very wrong by the looks of its curled feet and dropped wings.....Possible Mereks? I hate to say it as your entire flock will either die or be carriers.....Get the body tested once the Bird has died.....
