If someone was to follow my diet they would wonder how I am still here. I drive the school bus though and have done it for many years so maybe that is why I am a little whacky. Also I have a high acidity stomach and can't do a lot of food most people think as normal.

Yes my friend and you can have it all, I get very ill whenever I have tried it. I take the white rice though and put milk and sugar on it and that is my Chinese Dinner. lol
