Margaret or Martin?

This is Margaret, a 3 week old Buff Orpington who was supposed to be a hen/pullet, but I am starting to think she/he is a Martin. I am not allowed to have roosters in my town. Any suggestions on what to do?

I've never had a 3 week old chick have spur buds & such a red comb & waddles like this.

She/he is somewhat friendly and will let me touch her all over, but also will run/fly at me, randomly peck & jump at me, fly at and chest bump the other chicks (who are admittedly all much smaller, and have thinner legs than her). I don't want her/him to bully everyone else, or continue to try and "attack" me, or be a problem if she/he is a roo and I cannot keep them in my coop/town.

Thanks all!

(Included pics are Margaret, and then Margaret with some of the other chicks (pearl a lavender Orpington, Cosette a black copper maran, and Matilda/Tilly an Americauna )

I realized the picture of them all is a week old, so here is one from today which I feel better shows how large Margaret is in comparison. And one of Margaret next to Pearl who is also an Orpington (and the same age) but smaller.
