How did I miss this thread? LOL!

1) IMPO, don't get married young. You don't know what you want from a person or in life till you are 30 or so!!!

2) Don't think you can change a person

3) Talk about money, goals, children BEFORE marriage!

4) In your vows you say for better or worse and in sickness and in health. Be committed to take care of each other and grow old together.

5) Marry someone you are equally yolked with. It makes it easier if you share the same interest and goals.

6) Have "date" nights as often as you can!

7) Listen to each other and remember what the other tells you!!!

8) ETA: And read the book "THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES" before getting married!
