Of course he's a twit. That's what makes him so funny. Not many actors could pull off that role.

I find it irritating coze he is an arrogant twit. I mean, you can be arrogant or a twit, but not both, or else you are antagonistic to the audience. [I know Loki is antagonistic, but not to viewers, just other charries]
