Odin was a horrid parent, honestly I actually really hate the character, he's just not likable. Not just because of his personality, but it's like they skimped on him and Laufey.
I really liked Frigga though, but they deleted almost all her scenes and then killed her

There was Thor's, Bruce's, and Valkrie's ship that they stole from Grand-master. They docked it on the top of the whatever-it-was-called. They could have used it.

I am going to finish my rant on Odin. Hela, he egged on to be bad then suddenly imprisoned her wherever. Loki he never told was adopted and yelled it in his face a few times. Thor he turned into a spoiled brat.
