The problem with this is that they make out that Loki died heroically at the end of Thor 2, which he certainly did not!

Can I just say: There is no blooming WAY Tony Stark, of all people, is going to share this 'how I wish it happened'. It is personal. Even a normal person would not share this. It is UTTERLY ridiculous.

Likewise: Loki, in his theater play thing, advertises to the whole of Asgard that he is a Frost Giant. This is bizarre. Asgardians HATE Frost Giants. They are raised too. Loki is arrogant and proud. He is not going to be blaring to the whole world that he is a member of the hated race of Frost Giants, it's not like it's something he's proud of either.

Me: Jotunheim.
YB: Same thing.
Mum: Why doesn't he change back?
Me: Huh?
Mum: What does a Frost Giant look like?
Me: 10 foot, blue skin, red eyes.
YB: No hair.
Mum: Well, why doesn't he look like a Frost Giant?
Me: Because Odin put him under an enchantment.
Mum: Why doesn't he change back?
YB: He can only do that when touching Frost Giant Magic.
Mum: I mean, why doesn't he take on his original form?
Me: Because he lives in Asgard, and Asgardians HATE Frost Giants.
Mum: But he was angry with them and trying to kill them...So?..
Me: Well, maybe he can't.
Mum: What?
Me: It could have possibly been a permanent spell. After all, he was never suspossed to find out.
Mum: Then what was the reason for taking him in the first place?
Me: As a political tie.
Mum: Yes, but it was a great big secret, how was he supposed to serve as a tie if no one knew he was a Frost Giant.
Me: He was intended for a political tie, but that all fell down. Odin had already adopted him at this point, so he just kept him.
*I concluded after this that absolutely none of this makes sense*
