A coordinator is now listed as well as Kim over in Salisbury. I don't know the coordinator, but I would imagine they had a field vet retire, hired this new one and handed him a project (they did the same to me when I started with VS).
I'd contact and ask for testers in your area. You can also do training and be certified yourself. It is not very difficult; I did it during veterinary school.
