I would be interested in hatching eggs.

You can find hatching eggs on here, and e bay. I didn't want to risk it as they are the hardest ducks to hatch, from what I read. They have very short bills that allow them to pip internally, but often no further. I wanted a sure thing, so opted for the ducklings. Funky Feathers is right, $40.00 is very reasonable for a grown bonded pair. Good Luck in your Quest.

I am selling hatching eggs right now on ebay. You can check that out. My members name ie winedoll12012 but I also breed silkies. I started my flock of show silkies with catdances silkies and another local breeder of show silkies. I have some pictures on here under my profile.

Yes actually 40 is very good for a pair, but its not in my price range.
The only thing I worry about with eggs is they dont hatch as well when shipped, and call ducks are already hard enough to hatch. However I have lots of expirience with helping hatching chickens and I would consider myself a pro at assisting.

I have never hatched ducks
(I know, I know,) but I've hatched chickens(bantam and standard), guineafowl, and coturnix quail. oh and baby wrens... its very humid here especially during spring and summer and I've been wondering about dry incubation methods, but I don't think I'll do that with ducks. I wish I had a hydrometer, they didnt include one with my incubator. I guess I have to buy one now

Anyway I think I can hatch call duck eggs....

Hey everyone - Wanter to let you know that the Maryland Agricultural Resource Council is hosting a screening of "Mad City Chickens" as part of its 2013 Farm Fresh Flicks Film Series at the Baltimore County Center for Maryland Agriculture and Farm Park in Cockeysville. Hope to see you there. We are working on putting together a panel of experts for a panel discussion and Q&A afrter the film. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know we will have someone from Extension and hope to get someone who was involved with getting the law changed in Annapolis. No I want good ones, and I could buy some nice ones but I would hate to spend a lot and have the fox come and eat them

I could set up something I guess.. but still...I saw some pet quality calls (I'm starting to doubt they were calls) at a reptile show and they were as big or bigger then mallards! I'm just gonna buy some eggs from here or ebay. I definitely will not use efowl.
