Massive egg from our White Plymouth Rock

Do you know if there is any way to tell before you crack it open?

I don't think so. Apparently, all the people on those videos couldn't tell until they cracked theirs... they were mostly expecting double yolks. I guess it happens when the egg is formed, then for some reason gets pushed back inside, where another egg forms around it.

I just watched a couple of those videos. That's really something. She didn't lay today but I can't blame her.

How do the 94 gram eggs compare to a "regular" egg?

Thanks for the suggestion, I will be able to weigh this egg in a few days when my new scale arrives.

That is a big one!

I had one of those that had an egg inside of an egg, but I didn't video cracking it, because I had been getting lots of doubles, and that's what I thought it was. LOL... I already had like 5 videos of doubles being cracked open!!

Wow that's a huge egg. I once had something like that, mine had 3 freaking yolks in it. I was like wow!! Never seen anything like it before in my whole 37 years of life. AMAZING.

Bet yours is a double or triple yolker. Please post a pic of what you see when you crack it, I bet we want to see your update. Thanks for sharing.
