opps! I didn't see this post before! I think everything sounds normal with your eggs. 77% sounds fine to me. Mine has been between 65 and 74% since lockdown. My first pip last night at 3 AM still has not fully zipped. And another one we did not even see it pip, pipped and hatched while we were watching the last 15 minutes of "House"! That chick was in a hurry!

21 of 31 hatched so far, and have a few still working on it. the hatch was really long and drawn out and the ones that were 24 hrs old were pecking something fierce at the new hatches and zippers, so i took the bator to the bathroom, got the humidity up to 80% in there, and transferred the fluffy ones to the aquarium brooder. worked like a charm! i had three pipping at that time and i swear they zipped about ten minutes later, like the extra humidity really helped them along. absolutely did not shrink wrap anybody! i also got to remove the one i knew was dead (first pipper, and my only hatching death so far!) and get rid of all the egg cartons/shells, etc in the bator so the 8 or 10 eggs left had lots of room.

haTHOR- Way to go they are so cute!!! My hatch seems really drawn out also, I had one hatched last night and so far only 3 pips since (36 eggs). So I am hoping they really get to popping tomorrow day 21.

Good luck everyone.
