Sounds like it's not the case for you! I am dying here... At least if I were incubating I could see if any pipped. Broody hatching and not seeing the eggs is killing me. I am getting a lot done though since I am not parked in front of the incubator!

My girls and I are hatching eggs for the first time!! We are so excited! We have 9 shipped eggs in an incubator that started Friday and then 2 from our own flock under 1 of our broody hens. The 2 are on day 14 as of today. I candled them today and it was so cool to see them moving around. We can't wait until next weekend. Hopefully everything goes well.... ... This waiting is killing me, lol

Put in some Mixed Breed chickens and one Bourbon Turkey yesterday. The chickens will be a hybrid because we incubate eggs for a friend's assortment of breeds for layers

First chick is out of the shell! A little light colored peeper. Unfortunately, my camera died, and the replacement turned out to not be worth the crap it's made from, so pictures may be delayed.

on my first hatch i could not wait i would check the incubator every five seconds to look for pips and when i seen the first one thats all i could talk about good luck to you and the longest three weeks of incubating eggs lol
