Moved my bantams to a new coop today. This included my broody OEGB. I accidentally dropped one of the eggs during the move . She didn't settle back onto the eggs for quite a while. The silkie helped sit on them when she was up though so the count for the broody is 2 EE & 1 buff chantecler.

Day 25 - broody still on nest. Fed her egg yolk yesterday cuz she does not get up. Last broody poop was a week ago!!!. Going to give her more today cuz she won't eat food! She has 1 blue baby this morning and 2 external pips. One was pipped yesterday afternoon so It should be zipping soon!

Final count - 5/7 Turkeys hatched & 3/4 ducklings. Would have been 4/4 but one of the ducklings pipped through a vein :-(

We finally have one hatched! Mama is still sitting so here’s hoping for more!

2 hatched, 1 still not zipping, but alive & well. 1st chick is blue, no pic yet. Check out chick #2 This little Partridge is so ugly it's cute!!!

We had a second hatch, but I found it dead. Not sure what happened. Trying to keep a closer watch now.

Day 25 3/3 all hatched. The one that hatched yesterday isn't walking yet. . Legs out front of it, and he just paddles. Same with the one hatched this morning. Had one do this from the incubator 2 weeks ago. It got it's legs under him the next day. Hoping these two will.
