I'm on days 6 and 13 of my may hatch candled Thur night and looks like things are brewing on schedule...

i was raised on a small 250 acre farm my grand parents raised corn soybeans and wheat we had a few Holsteins for milk and hogs for meat my grandma en stilled the love of the birds in me she raised and bread buckeyes and Hampshire's for eggs and meat they were old school farm people very self sufficient folks

i am from jax florida and i have 40 eggs due on may 19th in a bator and 8 more due on may 21st under a broody. i will post pics when they arrive

Well I just candled my Frizzle Polish. I have 2 more quitters. This is day 16. I had hubby do an eggtopsy. This egg looked like the other one from today, and the one I found yesterday. You could see the chick and yolk but all the blood vessels were gone. I am perplexed! I only have 3 left now! I have a pic, not sure if it is suitable for viewing....lol
