May Hatch Thread--Fill up those bators n' broodies!

Can anyone tell me if this is normal looking for a chick that had a yoke sac not totally absorbed? She hatched yesterday, is eating, drinking, running around. I took her out of the incubator a day after hatching. Is there something I should do?
I would post this question separately in the chick area with the pic. Someone will have the answer. I would think keeping it clean would be a good idea.

Use neosporin on it to prevent infection and keep an eye on any other chicks pecking at it. I had the same thing last week. Spunky little thing, though. I ended up removing her from the brooder for a few days to allow it to heal/dry better. One week later and she is back with the others, it's drying up and shriveling nicely and she is still spunky.
