Wow, that is surprising. I have ordered several times from them and have had GREAT luck!!! What did you hear that was negative?
I believe they are closed until the end of the year, now. I got an e-mail that was like a last-call until 2009...

Please let us know. I really would go back to them in a heartbeat. Healthy, clean, happy birds!!

Well the rocks- barred and white I got from them are the sweetest creatures. they eat out of my hand. so sweet.

I have their buff orpingtons too and while not as friendly as the rocks, they are nice, too...

We have eaten some of the broilers and they have a yummy taste, too, but that could be attributed to my feeding

I'd give them a go. Are you in the midwest? I'm in Nebraska, and they mailed them in the afternoon on a Tuesday and I had them Wednesday morning....

Good luck!!! I am looking at WELP this year too. They have the Giant Cochins I want

I've always had good luck just calling them directly and talking to them. If it is not a busy time of the year you shouldn't even have to wait to talk to someone. Definitely call them, though, if you have to cancel an order. Don't rely on anyone to get an email in a timely manner. You never know when they might not get it in time. (and that's in general, not just directed at MMH)

Did a search on the forum it seems a virus was sent out also! & my coop, brooder & grow out room is all in same building so, I really can’t afford to take a chance!

I feel so blessed that I have contact with so many people that I can get the latest information about what is going on in the chicken world!

I did call & mentioned I heard about the virus & they didn't just said O.K. will will cancel your order!
Thank You all
Joanne

Even if you would have just said you wanted to cancel they would have gave you the same response. They are very nice there.
