They are so entertaining !! Thanks for all the info - it’s my first time having chickens so I really appreciate it!I have so many young ones that keep me guessing sometimes, but those saddle feathers should be coming out already at their age. If they are all rounded, you have yourself some lovely pullets.
I had a pullet one time that had me totally convinced it was a cock because of how large and red the comb was. At 4 months, I had to really sit there and slap myself. Her saddle feathers were rounded the whole time.. And I was so slow to realize it. Well, if you're still unsure, let us know when they start crowing or laying, lol
I wish I knew! First time chicken owner so I’m new to all this. Some of the other pictures show a better angle - but Svens colouring makes it hard to tell !!!
