Mealworms for Pigeons?

Do pigeons like mealworms? I thought I read that some people fed their pigeons freeze dried mealworms. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I literally just tried this earlier

It seems none of my birds like them.....except one, Archimedes, but he'll eat anything. I guess it's just a question of your birds' taste. I'd try them with some if i were you though. It may turn out that my birds just aren't used to bird-style haute cuisine.

Pigeons do not naturally eat mealworms so they likely won't have any interest in them.
