Hard to tell from the picture, and the long silky feathers, but those do look like long saddle feathers that the boys have.

I just checked "her" butt hole and one of my actually hen's (she has layed eggs, so I know she is a hen) butt hole as well to compare them and Poly has something inside that came out and back in again... that means she is a he then, right?

yep she/s a he and if he starts laying eggs you/ve got a winner!!
