I have 4 and 3 of them are mean, mean, mean! I have to carry around a stick anytime I'm around them and have eyes in the back of my head, never know when one of them is gonna take off runnin and flog me!
1st is my head rooster Big Daddy, hes a year old BO (part of my original flog)
2nd is Chicken Noodle, hes a year old BO (part of my original flog)
3rd is Sally Sue, hes a year old OEGB (part of my original flog) (most of the during the day I put him in a big cage with shade, food, water and roost, put when hes out any chance he get he comes after me).
* 4th rooster charlie, hes only 6 months old and hasnt started floggin yet, hes a BO/RIR (sometimes I let him run the yard if I can get him out of the chicken run during the day)
I know I have too many roosters, but I would like to keep them. We are adding on to the chicken run and building 1 or 2 smaller chicken coops so I can separate them. Do any of you all have a rooter pen or anything?
