I have the same problem well my neighbor does at least hes a BO and hes very mean and aggressive he used to be the boss but then cookie the other rooster took charge and earl the mean one had to be separated fro the hens and cookie. I have tried everything to make him nice but he wont budge. I have fed him by hand and even let him have 1 hen. threir's 8 hens all together but i think earl just gets aggressive when we let him have one. He used to be in a big caged alone for 3 months but my neighbor and i felt bad to we let him else but we put a leash on him. He just heads straight to cookies cage and starts fighting Thur the wire. EVerytime the hens and cookie are out earl and cookie start fighting. I always pick him up and he seemed to be nice and i tried today and he pecked me and sized me up and kicked me i kick him back to show whos boss but he doesnt get it. PLEASE HELP and killing him is not an option. ANY advice at all would help
We have teenagers... that run and think its funny when one of the roosters are coming after them.
