Meat Ducks That Aren't Loud...

Not trying to thread jack but do you guys who raise Scovys use any other meat off the bird? Or just breast?
 
I pressure can most, sometimes all of the duck. Then I cook up a huge batch of stock to can from all that carcass-no waste on them 'cause there's little fat. Oh I forgot if you add a little pork its the best sausage you'll ever eat.
